The Ladies Team’s run in the tournament came to an end last weekend in the third round.  Sue Thomas and Karen Aston managed to reach the 3rd round beating Walmley away, and Druids Heath at home. Their winning streak came to an end away at Longcliffe where they were beaten 7 & 5.  Well done to the team for their impressive run in the tournament.

Both Wishaw teams made it through to the second round of the scratch foursomes tournament with victories over North Warwickshire and Warwick.  Steve Mayor and Richard Langley will travel to Copt Heath, whilst Steve Gibbs and Colin Barnes have a local home tie against Sutton Coldfield.

The Wishaw Ladies Team for the Daily Mail Foursomes have continued their successful run in the competition with victory over Druids Heath in the second round of the tournament.  Sue Thomas and Karen Aston won the match 5 & 3, here at Wishaw last weekend.  We await to see who their next opponents will be.  Well done Ladies!!!!!
